When you obtain FilmPick through the Apple App Store, the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless the App Store product page explicitly states otherwise. Apple's page is the authoritative source for those terms.
2. In-app purchase
The FilmPick unlock is a non-consumable in-app purchase. Apple processes payment, refund eligibility, and purchase restoration. The price and storefront availability shown by the App Store at the time of purchase apply.
